GRILLED MEAT CUBES

("Kudban": Moroccan dish)

Servings: 4 to 6

2 1/2 pounds beef or lamb cut in 1 inch pieces; 1 large onion finely chopped;
1 t. finely chopped parsley; 2 cloves crushed garlic; 2 t. finely chopped coriander leaves;
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients into large bowl and marinate for 3 hours.
Put meat on skewers and grill. Use the marinade to brush baste while grilling.
